Shipping & Handling

Hatzco Industries ships by UPS and U.S. Mail, and only to physical addresses, (no PO Boxes) in the United States. Some restrictions may apply on certain items due to warranty issues, manufacturer requirements and state and local laws. Some items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii due to specific shipping restrictions. If Hatzco industries is unable to ship an item to your location due to these restrictions, you will be notified promptly by email for a refund or other disposition of the order. In the event of an item shipped by UPS arrives in a damaged condition, your claim must be processed through UPS.


Refunds and Returns Policy

One hundred percent customer satisfaction is the goal of Hatzco Industries, and to that end we strive continually to ship complete orders quickly. If your order arrives incomplete or contains unordered items, please contact Order Service. Problems in the operation or performance of an item, however, must be addressed with the manufacturer and the manufacturer’s warranties apply. All returns for credit must be unopened merchandise, returned in the original box and packing, shipping prepaid, and include the RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued by Hatzco Industries on the outside of the box.
