Shipping & Handling
Hatzco Industries ships by UPS and U.S. Mail, and only to physical addresses, (no PO Boxes) in the United States. Some restrictions may apply on certain items due to warranty issues, manufacturer requirements and state and local laws. Some items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii due to specific shipping restrictions. If Hatzco industries is unable to ship an item to your location due to these restrictions, you will be notified promptly by email for a refund or other disposition of the order. In the event of an item shipped by UPS arrives in a damaged condition, your claim must be processed through UPS.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Our return policy is within 60 days of purchase and must be unopened and in original packaging. We must be contacted prior to returning and there will be a restocking fee of 25% and shipping is paid for by the customer.
